Tonight, Candace and I attended the Women Of The Green Generation Event (WOTGG) at the Tivoli eco house in Los Angeles, where around seventy women who are inspired by all things, green, sustainable and progressive, gathered together for an evening of sharing, networking and socializing. Kristina Willey, the Founder of this incredible group has enabled a space for women to come and celebrate the vital aspects of who they are and what they are contributing to help heal and move the world forward. From environmental educators, to green PR, to organic and sustainable products, women gather under one cause, to create alliance and connection. It was a beautiful evening catered by Rainbow Acres, an incredible grass roots health food store on the West Side on Washington Blvd in Los Angeles. Candace and I were happy to celebrate WeDharma’s official birthday today with the WOTGG community and were welcomed like long lost cousins. The evening was filled with insightful information, smiles, good food and laughter. What more could any girl ask for?!
It’s breathtaking to see women come together in unity for the positive energy and action of what can make the world a better, safer more whole place. Through education and information we can uplift, heal and empower one another. The hardcore fight of feminism is over(thank goodness) and the resurgence of the nurturing, wise guidance of the Divine Feminine is in fruition and WOTGG is at the helm of it.
