Sometimes a Break up can create a Break through…

In my own life I have had the Divine lesson of loss…… loss of the ego and gaining the heart. WE can experience a break up with a best friend, a business partner, an intimate relationship ect.   All of these “breaks” are equally painful, or at least can be. It is truly up to the way we choose to deal with what has happened. The opportunity in these situations is that we can take the temporary “break up” and turn it into a Divine BREAK THROUGH.

Once upon a time, I went through a break up with a very special man in my life. On a very deep level I knew we were not finished but I chose to let go completely so that I could feel the lack of his energy in my life. I think on some level it is a true loss that can show us the truth of our own heart. The weeks and months we were apart, I still felt him but was able to completely put it in its place and move forward. Without him there to tug at my ego and be a reflection of my own self, I was forced to see my own reality and how “alike” we truly were. By experiencing this, it was a pure shock to me to see how my respect for him grew exponentially as well as my love for myself. I saw how some of the things I “thought” I wanted were actually not what I wanted at all but were instead just a source of rebellion created by my ego.

The interesting part about MY experience is that while we were not together, we BOTH had certain awakenings/ break throughs that we could not explain, but did however fill in the blanks that both of us needed to see from one another. At that point it was a blissful connection because we were not in our own ways. We were not fighting our own reflection but instead embracing the similarities and the mirror image we had become for each other through conscious analysis.

I am now able to recognize this with some of the most precious people to me in my life. When we have an argument or a “break” in communication…….. we always come together abundantly stronger due to a common love, commitment and BREAK THROUGH of heart coming through the ego.

I call these relations…… SOULSHIP……. as we are here on a deeper level to help each other evolve in love.
